A comprehensive rooftop redevelopment study was carried out for the iconic InterContinental building on Syngrou Avenue, including the addition of a new swimming pool and the complete redesign of the rooftop deck. The project aimed to enhance the building's exceptional location and maximize its panoramic views of the Acropolis through a contemporary and refined architectural approach.

The scope of work also included a detailed structural assessment of the existing building and the design of the necessary structural strengthening interventions to accommodate the proposed additions while ensuring the overall structural integrity of the building.
