COLLABORATION WITH ARCHITECTS
ERGOMECAN works with architects and architectural practices on projects where architectural and structural design are developed in close coordination.
We undertake the structural engineering scope with the aim of delivering technically complete and buildable solutions that support the architectural concept and respond to the specific requirements of each project.
Our experience in both design and construction allows us to approach structural engineering with a practical perspective, from the development of the initial solution through to its implementation on site.
COLLABORATION WITH CIVIL ENGINEERS
At ERGOMECAN, we are looking for Civil Engineers, graduates of Polytechnic Schools, with a strong willingness to learn, collaborate and develop professionally.
We place great value on teamwork and on the daily exchange of knowledge and experience among our engineers. Our goal is for every new member of the team to gain real project experience, develop progressively and take an active role in the company’s work.
A key part of our philosophy is to combine design work with on-site experience as much as possible. We believe that an engineer develops more effectively when they understand not only structural analysis and design, but also how a design is actually implemented in practice.
For this reason, we aim to produce designs that are technically sound, practical and closely connected to the real requirements of construction.
